Um, I don't mean to offend, but there are a myriad of things the matter with your response:
1. Artists will not want to work with you if you don't treat them with respect, or act like they're your employees.
2. Artists will most likely
not just make you a free sketch to show you how good they are; they have their own examples, look at those to discern if you like their skill level.

NOBODY is going to just give you work so you can sell it as your own, you would have to get permission
and give proper credit to the artist, or suffer copyright/ theft laws.
Again, just a piece of advice, you will not get anywhere in the art world, or acquire any strong ties with artists, if you treat them as your art slaves. Yes, artists and commissioners both have rules, but you need to realize that both persons' rules are equal and should be treated as such.
